About the SHRM Foundation      

Building a World of Work that Works for All SHRM Foundation is the 501(c)3 nonprofit arm of SHRM, the world’s largest HR association. We mobilize HR and employers to act around complex societal issues that impact the workplace. Our focus: building a more inclusive talent pipeline, supporting employers to address wrap-around challenges that affect workplace mental health, and strengthening the HR field. What’s unique is how we engage employers at the table. Our research-informed programs, leadership coalitions, and peer support galvanize bold partners, empower SHRM’s 340,000+ members and beyond, with the potential to impact 362+ million lives.
